Inspired by the work of Fabien Barral, the love of the typo and beautiful songs from Björk, Peter Gabriel and John Lennon around the theme of love. Love is an endless fall and everybody needs it. The idea started with the quote of Fabien Barral that says: „Designers are meant to be loved not to be understood“ and he’s right!

The Cave of Swimmers
Inspired by the movie "The English Patient" with a particular scene where the expedition discover swimming peoples in a cave. I imagined the time before all that dried. A beautiful "Atlantis", a place of pleasure where water was everywhere. Beauty, water and plentitude are the main words.

Heart is an Organ of Fire
I was so satisfied with my work, that I planned tryptic. In this image poetry is almost a declaration of love. The photos of the women are very sensual and the sand of their hands invite us.

Swoon, I'll catch you
Here the picture of the foot are a little blurred. Love is everywhere. It was important that I used the same Typo (Nuptial Script) for all the series and the same universe of water. The small white texte is an extract from the movie.

The Legend of Candaules
A few days later I made one more image poetry for the birthday of my sister. My work was done, but I did not want to leave The Cave of Swimmers. I made this image with other colours. In that fact The Legend of Candaules is attached to The Cave of Swimmers series but not completely.
